Code of Ethics and Attestation of Professionalism

At our core we believe that a home inspection is more than just a checklist – it is an exercise in trust, integrity and absolute transparency. We hold ourselves to the highest professional standards to ensure our clients can make real estate decisions with total confidence.

1. Absolute duty to the client.

Unbiased Advocacy: Our sole contractual and moral obligation is to you, our client. We provide a complete objective evaluation of the property independent to any outside influence from sellers, builders or real estate agents.

No Conflicts of Interest

We do not accept referral fees, kickbacks or financial incentives from third parties. Furthermore, we will never use an inspection as an opportunity to solicit repair work or recommend contractors for profit.

2. Commitment to Integrity and Truth.

Data Privacy: All inspection findings, reports and client discussions will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared without your explicit consent.

Property Respect: We promise to treat every property with the utmost care, cleanliness and respect, leaving the home in the same condition and we found it.

3. Client Confidentiality and Respect

Accurate Reporting: We are totally transparent with our inspections and will not up-play a minor defect or down-play a major defect. We are committed to delivering an easy-to-read report featuring clear descriptions and high-resolution photographs. Education over Inflation: Our goal is to educate our clients, not alarm them. We will communicate the condition of the property objectively, distinguishing between minor maintenance and major structural concerns.
